TEW: WWE 2017- The Real New Era.

Welcome to my brand me BTB, after being away for a while for *many* reasons, I've decided to come back, and after purchasing TEW 2016, I've decided to base my BTB on that, in this BTB I'll be taking on WWE in 2017 trying to implement new NXT stars and signing popular indie stars to compete on either RAW or Smackdown LIVE, the default rosters are the same as real life but I'll be changing around a few faces and also adding new faces, I will hold an annual draft in where each brand will select 5 draft picks each and also having 5 matches where RAW and Smackdown LIVE superstars will have various matches against each other to try and win their respective brand another draft pick, and while the default rosters may be the same, and the commissioners will also stay the same, with Stephanie on RAW and Shane on Smackdown LIVE, but the GM's will be different, with Christian being the GM of RAW, and Edge being the GM of Smackdown LIVE.

-RAW will hold the Universal Championship, US Championship, RAW Tag and Womens Championships.

-Smackdown LIVE will hold the WWE Championship, Intercontinental Championship, Smackdown Live Tag and Womens Championships.

-The Cruiserweight Championship will be defended on both shows.

Each brand will have 3 PPV's each and 6 PPV's that will involve both brands.

RAW #1- Welcome To The Flagship!

The show starts with Stephanie McMahon and the new GM of RAW Christian coming out and cutting a promo to why RAW is the flagship show and why Smackdown LIVE will always be the B-Show, Christian announces that tonight we will see Kevin Owens defend his Universal Championship against Seth Rollins in a No DQ match and also announces that the Cruiserweight Championship will be on the line as Rich Swann defends against the newly signed Zack Sabre Jr.

MATCH #1- Cesaro & Sheamus vs. The Shining Stars.
Sheamus pins Epico after a brogue kick after a blind tag to score the 3 count @6:32.

Sheamus and Cesaro argue after the match after Cesaro was displeased with the blind tag, Gallows and Anderson's music hits as the Good Brothers come out, they cut a promo saying why Sheasaro aren't a real tag team and puts over that The Club are the most dominant force in WWE today, Cesaro and Sheamus dare The Club to get into the ring but they laugh it off and say they got a Tag Title match with Sheasaro next week on RAW.

Stephanie and Christian are seen talking backstage when Kevin Owens and his bestfriend Chris Jericho approach them angrily asking why he's being forced to compete tonight, Christian then says that a real champion is a fighting champion, before Stephanie and Christian walk away with Owens visibly angry and Jericho whispers "stupid idiots"

MATCH #2- Braun Strowman vs. Sin Cara
Braun Strowman decimates Sin Cara eventually pinning him after hitting him with a running powerslam @3:04

Strowman then proceeds to decimate Sin Cara before officials come down to stop the big man, Sami Zayns music then plays before he rushes down to the ring to help Sin Cara, but to no prevail, as Strowman slings Zayn into the barrier before brutalising him.

After the ad commercials, Sami Zayn is shown backstage being tended to by doctors before Stephanie and Christian walk up to him asking the medical team to move, Christian then proceeds to ask Zayn why he went out to attack Braun, and Sami explains that he's sick of his position and wanted to prove himself against one of the most dominating forces in WWE today,but saying it didn't go to plan, Christian sympathises with him before Steph cuts in to book Sami Zayn vs. Braun Strowman next week on RAW.

MATCH #3- Sasha Banks vs. Dana Brooke vs. Bayley: Number 1 contenders match for the Womens title at Royal Rumble
Bayley hits Dana with a Belly-to-Bayley while Sasha is hurting on the outside to score the pin @12:26

Charlotte is seen standing at the top of the ramp after the match, holding up her title as Bayley watches on nodding, Dana then blindsides her before hitting her with a sitout powerbomb.

Braun Strowman is seen backstage visibly annoyed, asking everyone backstage "Where is Sami Zayn?" before he encounters Steph and Christian, who explain to him that he's booked to face Zayn next week on RAW.

MATCH #4- Enzo & Cass vs. Curtis Axel and Jinder Mahal
Enzo Amore hits Mahal with a top rope Air Enzo to score the pin @5:50

Enzo and Cass then cut a promo saying that they're coming for the tag titles, and they don't care who they have to go through to get it, The Revivals music hits to a huge pop and Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder walk out to the surprise of everyone, they get mics and say that they're better than Enzo & Cass, better than The Club, better than Sheamus & Cesaro and that they should be #1 contenders for the titles, The New Day then walk out explaining that they should get another title match, Steph and Christian come out and set up a 3 way tag match and whoever wins gets added to the Sheamus & Cesaro vs. The Club match.

MATCH #5- Enzo & Cass vs. The New Day (Kofi & Big E w/ Xavier) vs. The Revival
Scott Dawson rolls up Enzo to score the pin @14:11

Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho are seen discussing something backstage when Tom Phillips goes to interview them, Jericho then proceeds to call him names like Joe, Dave and Billy before telling him to move and calling him a stupid idiot.

MATCH #6- Rich Swann vs. Zack Sabre Jr.- Cruiserweight Championship
ZSJ. submits Swann when he locks in a cross armbreaker @09:43, Sabre Jr. wins the Cruiserweight title.

Rollins is seen warming up backstage before he's met with Roman Reigns, saying that Reigns has his back if Jericho tries anything sneaky.

MATCH #7- Kevin Owens w/ Chris Jericho vs. Seth Rollins- Universal Championship
Kevin Owens hits Rollins with a popup Powerbomb after a Chris Jericho distraction to score the pin @20:08

Roman Reigns then runs to the ring before spearing Jericho but being met with a popup Powerbomb from Owens, he then turns around into a pedigree from Seth Rollins, Rollins stands in the middle of the ring with the WWE Universal Championship.

Smackdown LIVE #1- The Underdog Brand

The show starts with Shane McMahon and Edge coming down to the ring, they welcome the fans to Smackdowns new home on a Tuesday and put over why Smackdown is the better brand, they also put over the fact that unlike Stephanie and Christian on RAW, the two get along. They then go on to say that to PROVE that Smackdown LIVE is the better brand by announcing that every Championship will be on the line, saying that tonights main event will be AJ Styles vs. Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Championship, Alexa Bliss will take on Becky Lynch for the Women's title, American Alpha will take on The Hype Bros for the Tag Team Titles and The Miz will defend his IC title against Dean Ambrose, Kalisto and Baron Corbin in a fatal 4-way match, and that's up next.

MATCH #1- The Miz w/ Maryse vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Kalisto vs. Baron Corbin- WWE Intercontinental Championship
Dean Ambrose pins Kalisto after hitting the Dirty Deeds with both Miz and Corbin outside of the ring @14:35

The Miz looks visibly pissed after the match as he starts attacking Kalisto, officials have to pull him off of Kalisto.

After the break, The Miz is seen walking backstage with Maryse, looking furious, the duo then come across Shane and Edge, when Miz furiously says that he should've only been defending his title on 'big stages' because he's an A-Lister and demands a rematch, Shane and Edge book Miz's rematch next week.

MATCH #2- Kane vs. Curt Hawkins

MATCH #3- Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch- Smackdown Women's Championship
Bliss rolls Becky up after using an exposed turnbuckle @11:12

Bliss runs up the ramp as Becky stares at her, Mickie James comes up behind Lynch to a pop and starts attacking Lynch, she hits her with a Roundhouse Kick before turning her attention to Bliss up the ramp, she points at Alexa's title.

The Hype Bros are seen backstage with Renee Young, Young asks them how they feel about getting a title opportunity tonight against American Alpha, Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton interrupt the interview and say that they deserve a title shot, and not them, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan then come up behind The Hype Bros and start attacking them, Wyatt says that he's TAKING their title match.

MATCH #4- Rich Swann vs. Tony Nese
Rich hits Nese with a Standing 450 to score the pin @7:49

Swann then calls out Zack Sabre Jr. asking for his rematch, Sabre Jr. accepts, booking it for the Royal Rumble.

The Hype Bros are seen backstage in the medical room, Renee Young asks them what just transpired and Ryder says that they won't take this lying down, and the Wyatts better have eyes in the back of their head.

MATCH #5- American Alpha vs. The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton w/ Luke Harper and Erick Rowan)
The Hype Bros run down to the ring to attack Rowan and Harper, and with Bray distracted, Jason Jordan hits a German Suplex into a pin to score the win @10:05

Edge and Shane are seen backstage discussing the Royal Rumble when Dolph Ziggler walks in, he thanks them for his opportunity and says he won't let them down.

MATCH #6- Natalya & Carmella vs. Nikki Bella & Naomi
Natalya taps Naomi out with a Sharpshooter @5:25

After the match, Carmella and Natalya assault Nikki and Naomi before Nattie gets a mic, she says that both she and Carmella are the best women in WWE and say that they both deserve title shots, Edge and Shane come down to the ring and basically say "Alright, one of you can get a title match next week on Smackdown, but only if you can beat one another, right now." Nattie and Carmella look furious but agree.

AJ Styles is seen backstage with Renee Young, she asks him about his title match tonight and slams Ziggler and says "It's just another match" and puts over that he's the "Best damn wrestler in the entire world" before walking off.

After the match the lights go out and as they re-emerge, a figure with a hoodie with the hood up is standing in the corner (Familiar eh?) Styles is confused as the figure takes his hood down to reveal Drew Galloway, the crowd pops as Galloway attacks AJ Styles before dropping him with a Futureshock DDT, Galloway stands over Styles with the WWE Championship.

RAW #2- Crush!

The show starts with Stephanie McMahon and Christian walking to the ring, they seem to be arguing as they approach the bottom of the ramp, as they get into the ring they grab mics and welcome the fans to the show, they repeatedly cut each other off as each tries to talk,, they say that tonight is going to be a great show because we'll be seeing Sheasaro defend their Tag Team Championships against The Revival and The Club, we'll see Braun Strowman vs. Sami Zayn- now a no holds barred match. We'll also see the new Cruiserweight Champion Zack Sabre Jr. in action tonight.

MATCH #1- Rusev w/Lana vs. Darren Young w/Bob Backlund
Darren Young is distracted as Lana slaps Backlund on the outside of the ring before Rusev hits Young with a running Superkick and locks in the Accolade, Young taps instantly @4:13

Rusev after the match grabs a mic and demands another opponent to come out, to prove why he's "The best", Enzo Amore and Big Cass come out and cut a promo on Rusev, as Enzo challenges Rusev to a match.

MATCH #2- Rusev w/Lana vs. Enzo Amore w/Big Cass
Rusev taps out Amore with the Accolade @6:26

Rusev tries to continue the assault after the match but Big Cass comes into the ring and hits Rusev with a big boot, Rusev rolls out of the ring shouting in Bulgarian as he walks up the ramp with Cass staring at him.

Stephanie and Christian are seen backstage disagreeing about something when they are approached by Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho, they demand that Jericho gets a US Title match against Roman Reigns TONIGHT, and while Christian says no, Jericho will have to earn it, Steph completely ignores him and grants Jericho the title match tonight, but then she also says that Owens will be in action tonight as well, against an NXT talent, and that's up next.

MATCH #3- Kevin Owens vs. Buddy Murphy
Owens decimates Murphy and hits him with a pop-up Powerbomb for the win @5:52

After the match, Owens grabs a mic and says that everyone has been overlooking him, and that he's the best wrestler in WWE today, and in history, and that the people here should respect him as their superior, Seth Rollins then comes out and puts over that he should respect the fans because without them there wouldn't be a WWE, and there wouldn't be a Kevin Owens, and then goes on to say that Stephanie and Christian have made a joint decision to grant him a Universal title match at Royal Rumble, before Owens snaps and attacks Rollins, they brawl outside the ring before Owens goes for a Powerbomb on the apron, Rollins gets out of it before hitting Owens with a pedigree onto the concrete.

The Club are seen discussing their title match Tonight before Too-Sweeting and walking out of the frame.

MATCH #4- Braun Strowman vs. Sami Zayn- No Holds Barred
After a long, brutal match, Braun hits Sami Zayn with a running powerslam onto a chair to score the pin @15:24

Braun then proceeds to attack Zayn after the match before Zayn hits a low blow and picks up a chair, he proceeds to beat Strowman with the chair before getting him into a corner, he then hits Strowman with a Helluva Kick before grabbing a mic, he says that he is entering himself into the Royal Rumble, and while looking at Strowman, says that he's also in it, due to Stephanie adding him.

The Revival are seen backstage warming up.

MATCH #5- Sheasaro vs. The Club vs. The Revival- RAW Tag Team Championships
All hell breaks loose as the official calls the match off @8:13

All 3 teams proceed to beat the hell out of each other after the match, when Sheasaro get the upper hand hitting Anderson with a Neutraliser and Gallows with a Brogue Kick, but then The Revival sneak up behind the champs and attack them, hitting both of them with the Shatter Machine.

Roman Reigns is seen backstage with Tom Phillips as Phillips asks him about his title match with Chris Jericho tonight, Reigns says that Jericho doesn't deserve it and he'll show him why, tonight.

MATCH #6- Bayley vs. Alicia Fox
Bayley hits Alicia with the Belly-to-Bayley to score the pin @6:14

After the match, Charlotte Flair and Dana Brooke rush down to the ring to attack Bayley, Sasha Banks music hits as she runs in for the save, Charlotte and Dana retreat as Sasha tends to Bayley.

All the cruiserweights are seen chatting backstage when Zack Sabre Jr. walks in, and everybody just starts staring at him, Sabre Jr. announces that there will be a 10 man battle royal for a match on Smackdown for his championship, he plays down his match against Rich Swann at the Royal Rumble and says that he'll beat anyone who's put infront of him either way.

MATCH #7- TJ Perkins vs. Lince Dorado vs. Noam Dar vs. Ariya Daivari vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Jack Gallagher vs. Brian Kendrick vs. Drew Gulak vs. Tony Nese vs. Sin Cara -10 man battle royal
Kendrick dumps Perkins over the top rope for the final elimination @13:46

A hype video is played for the main event, Reigns vs. Jericho

Stephanie announces that both Owens and Rollins will be banned from ringside for the match tonight.

MATCH #8- Roman Reigns vs. Chris Jericho -United States Championship
Reigns hits Jericho with a spear after Jericho tries cheating to score the pin @16:02

After the match, Kevin Owens runs into the ring to check on his best friend and when Reigns turns away, Owens blindsides him, Seth Rollins then runs down to the ring to help Reigns but Owens knocks him off the apron, Owens and Jericho 2-on-1 Reigns until Rollins gets back in, but runs straight into a Codebreaker, and then Owens hits him with a powerbomb, they toss both Reigns and Rollins out of the ring, and Owens holds his Universal Title up high.
