It's up to you, past experience has shown me that the Christmas season isn't really a good time to run a card but, maybe this group of debators will be interested enough to run with it. We could try to shorten the time limits to 5 days instead of 7 and see how that goes for this first show. If we get the ball rolling here soon, we definately have the time to wrap things up before Christmas as long as the debators don't put things off.
I think once we get a few cards up and people will actually see how things work, there will be more interest.

Also, imo non-wrestling debates should be counted the same as wrestling ones. Even if in the section there will be more wrestling debates, I don't want people to be left out.
I'm definitely excited for this section. And will be participating in whatever debates come across so long as I know a little something about them. Don't want to be talking out of my ass after all.

Quick question, even if you aren't a 'debator' can you still throw in your own opinions to a topic if you think it can add to the debate?
^ You can't reply to anyone else's individual debate but your own. However, in the thread that will be created for each debate card, yeah, I guess you could discuss the debate there.
And if you guys are so set on having more non-wrestling topics involved I'm fine with that. In that case, I think we'd need some suggestions from each of you in the types of topics you'd be interested in so we can match people up accordingly.

The only thing I think would be off if we have board members commenting on debates is it could make it a disadvantage for one side of the topic. If anything, maybe save discussion for when the debate is final. Debates should be between the 2 members assigned to the topic. If you want to win your debate, do your research and give your position.

Ok thanks for clearing that up, the main reason I didnt want to enter as a debator is because there is a shitload of stuff I have no idea on and I didnt want to be talking out of my ass lol... I'll likely just read the debates, but if needed I'll throw my two cents in (if I feel like I am knowledgeable)
