When someone gets fired it's usually due to a number of reasons. The allegations had to factor into them getting rid of her, because they could have just suspended her for refusing to tape promos but when someone is known to be toxic and there were just allegations months before AND their contract is about expire it's easier to just get of them.
Typically, even if there was a partial factoring in of that, you would see a fracturing of the relationship prior to the final nail in the coffin and I just don’t see that.

Either way, what’s done is done.

That’s just hilariously petty. But that’s just par for the course with TNA having that AAA partnership.
new anthem management has been pretty poenly "hostile" with talent is setting the fact that they don't particularly care for their opinion. They've def been shady for a while. It's unfortunate but not shocking.

It's pretty easy to see them going "hey since you're not doing this and you had those allegations we've decided your time with us is done" when they probably didn't do anything after she likely assured them she has changed and then she proved them otherwise.

I was referring to your comment about cMLL ruining the surprise, but yeah. Anthem been on one for a minute.

I was definitely not a fan of what they did to Scott so nothing after surprises me.

I will say, though, as far as getting opinions of employees, I think it’s nice to let them voice their opinions, but I wouldn’t let the locker room decide who they’re gonna hire or not. That said, they’ll have to work talent anyways because they have to work with the new hires so you gotta do something to hear them out and fix it.

Oh, I’m sure in hindsight they probably said she wasn’t worth the headaches of the allegations but my point though is if the Covid thing never happens the allegations never affect her TNA employment.

oh, they tweeted that after and tbh i dont think they ruined anything by announcing someone left and they vacated the belt. They have to promote their own stuff and inform their fans, I don't think they care about hurting TNA of all places, they are not in competition

its a slippery slope either way, they were touted as a the happiest and most united lockeroom under scott. now they are bleeding talent and having to replace them. we will see how that strategy work in the next 3-5 years. Sure you get more control but when it comes to talent retention you may suffer with some people leaving sooner than expected and not potentially re-signing.

Not to say your lockeroom should dictate roster decisions, but at the same time she's not exactly a cm punk level draw where it's worth telling talent to suck it up because we're all making money.

Like I said, time will tell how this strategy plays out for TNA's talent relations

Oh, that makes sense. I guess I misunderstood what you said, but I do think CMLL does kinda care about hurting AAA because those guys have probably the most legendary antagonistic relationship between two companies I’ve probably ever seen and it’s kinda funny.

oh they care about AAA but I don't think they'd spoil a surprise for TNA. That partnership involves like 4 low tier talent total, I don't think it's very serious beyond that

I don’t think she’s anywhere near a CM punk, but I do think at one point she was their most markable female star they had.

I think anthem‘s troubles though have been going on a lot longer than this and I don’t think anyone is going to specifically leave because Tessa comes in, but I do agree that anthem in general has been handling the way they communicate with talent completely wrong but I also don’t know what anthem could’ve done to prevent the exodus because Scott was the man like you said that really held down the fort and getting rid of him so quickly after the TNA revival was just a colossal mistake, and it completely destroyed the goodwill of the talent.

this is certainly not going to help the trust issues formed since then either.

Certainly not.

Anthem at this point is probably trying to find people that are just going to come to work to work and get paid.

I am hoping, though that the vast majority of the roster might not be overly thrilled with it, but they’ll at least give her a shot cause it’s been almost 5 years at this point.

If Tessa ruins it again, that’s on her and that’ll be that.

If they didn't walk out for Scott they won't walk out for Tessa imo. Ull just see ppl leave quietly when their deals are up.

I'm sure they'll.give her a chance .

Don't think we will see her in nxt tho but never know. She has a lot of heat in WWE.
