Terry Crews has been teasing a future appearance with WWE. Last month Crews tweeted the following, and retweeted a number of tweets with the hashtag #TerryCrewsForWWE.

@terrycrews
How would everybody feel about me beating the living snot out of your favorite @WWE stars? Hmmmm...

Crews appeared at the WWE Be-a-STAR SummerSlam VIP Kickoff Party. Today, Crews was asked on Reddit if rumors of him working with WWE are true.

I’m talking to the WWE about doing somethings. I love the energy and excitement and the live component. It’s theater on a grand scale!

Thoughts on the possibilities? I personally think he'd make a great character if they actually got him to work on the roster. Or maybe have him be a special guest and work a small feud against someone to bring some mainstream attention in a positive light culminating in a one time ring appearance. The guy is built as hell too so it's not like he'd look too out of place in the ring. He's got some incredible charisma and is a pretty decent actor. I just think this could be a cool gig if they actually booked his involvement in an interesting way.

No, Terry Crews has personality.

Wouldn't mind seeing him on WWE tv doing something in a cool capacity. Been a fan of his since I first seen him in Friday After Next.

I'd have him manage the Prime Time Players. Maybe chuck Zeke in there.

So how much of a fan is Terry Crews? Does he watch Raw every week? Does he have any idea who the champions are? I don't want him anywhere near the product unless he knows what the fuck is going on.

Mr. T wasn't a fan, look what he did.

Not saying Terry Crews has a much star power as T did, just saying.

That's not the intention. I just thought they all went together naturally honestly, at least on the surface. They all just have the same bodybuilder image apart from their heights. Terry obviously becomes the mouthpiece (if nothing else, he'd garner the attention). And Zeke, character-wise, is a blank slate that can be inserted in there easily. I've always thought of Zeke as a far more wooden Terry Crews, so to me there's also some humour to be had in a weird doppleganger way.

I shouldn't really be defending this, I was toying with an idea. But without doing anything more explicit, its hard to imagine how WWE can make the PTP more cringeworthy than they already are on the racial front anyway.

Would've been cool if he was thinking this in the early 00s.

Could've made a big run imo, he is a very charming, witty and funny guy it would be impossible for him not to get over in wrestling.

I'd agree with this. At this point though I'm not so sure he could make it full time physically and not sure if he has enough star power to be a one time only thing.

He is part of one of the biggest and (imo the best) movie of the summer.

He is also better at getting a crowd to eat out of the palm of his hand then most on the current roster, watch him at award shows and red carpets.

See him come in as a Damon would be hilarious but I don't know what storyline he would be brought in for.

Have the lawyer guy bring him in and he gets beat up
