TNA Impact on Thursday, April 11 scored a 0.93 rating, down two-tenths of a rating (20 percent) from last week's 1.11 rating.

It was easily the lowest rating of the year (previous low was a 1.00 flat on February 14), and the lowest rating since the Thanksgiving episode in November.

Impact averaged 1.17 million viewers, down 22 percent from last week's show. It was the fewest viewers of the year and fewest since October 11, 2012 when the show drew 1.12 million viewers against Thursday Night Football.

Impact's overall rating was severely impacted by the first-hour rating. The first hour scored a 0.82 rating, which harkens back to when Impact first changed timeslots in May 2012.
Impact then increased to a 1.03 rating in the second hour, which was one of the lowest-rated second hours of the year.

Did not expect this show to rate this badly. This show was heavily promoted and had the tag team titles on the line, AJ Styles breaking his silence and Bully Ray defending the TNA title against Jeff Hardy in a Full Metal Mayhem match. Stacked show yet somehow the rating drops nearly 20% from last week even though last week was taped.

Ratings are down because I don't know people are sick of a stable getting so much air time that are filled with jobbers and WWE rejects with a champion that got the belt because he lost 20 pounds and stared acting like himself as a gimmick being a "bully". No surprise this was going to happen, even though the swerve was pretty awesome.

I think it may be more to do with the fact that there is no clear face to take on Bully and win the title back for TNA. Jeff is in that spot now but isn't as over as he once was. TNA are hanging a lot of AJ being that guy that the fans want to see as the top face in the company, surely the end of his story is him coming back fighting for TNA and winning the title from Bully.

Thursday's TNA Impact Wrestling, in the new 9pm timeslot, scored a 0.83 cable TV rating while averaging 1.06 million viewers.

Viewers were down 26% from last week's live episode, which scored a 1.07 rating and averaged 1.38 million viewers.

This was TNA's least viewed Impact episode in over three years since the Monday night experiment.

Seems like a whole bunch of people forgot about the new timeslot or just DVR'd it.

It is a similar rating to what they got two weeks ago when it was also a taped show against an NBA Playoffs game. Next week will be a slighter better indication since it is live but it will be against the first game of the NBA Finals and that will hurt it.

TNA is only going to get better and better, if they put the title on draws like Hogan or reform the Hardy Boyz, their ratings will go through the roof.

They have had Hogan there for three years now and ratings have been lower during that time than it was before he arrived with Bischoff. I doubt we will see a Hardy Boyz reunion after how Matt ended his TNA run last time. Although in saying that they do keep giving Jeff chance after chance even though he has a terrible track record.

To get their ratings up they need to stop trying to be WWE Light and instead just be TNA. Everything that used to set them apart from WWE (strong tag team division, a womens division that featured great matches and drew big ratings and an X Divison that was nothing like anything in WWE) have all been removed and glossed over and now the focus is just on the World title. They followed WWE's lead in that respect and it was the wrong move. TNA need to be a true alternative option rather than being more of the same.

Hogan and Bischoffs biggest contribution has just been to remove any originality in TNA and turn them into WWE jnr. Why would anyone watch the second rate version of something when they can just watch the original.

That and TNA seemingly book everything in such an odd way, there's very little in terms of building anyone up to be a threat or a challenge; while they focus on the World Title, that shouldn't be an issue what's the real issue is the way they use the wrestlers they got, especially in the World title scene. Roode was doing the ratings a world of good when he was champion if I remember rightly and made the title seem so important but then they offed it to Aries on a whim and Jeff Hardy was just shocking... Not to mention the whole Aces & 8s, TNA relies on events of the past to get ratings or think they are ratings winners.

Don't forgot they killed everything that made TNA an interesting product, lack of good road agents, lack of signing good talent and most of them living like it's 1996 again :/.

The holiday edition of TNA Impact on July 4 scored a 0.78 rating, dropping off 15 percent from a 0.92 rating the week before.

Impact averaged 1.053 million viewers, which was off five percent from the week before. Impact avoided being the least-watched show of the year, topping the May 30 episode when TNA changed timeslots.

Despite Impact drawing the lowest overall rating since Thanksgiving 2012, the key demographics produced mixed results. Notably, males 18-34 and males 12-34 hit a six-week high.

However, males & adults 18-49 declined from last week. Also, teen males 12-17 hit a seven-week low. The overall picture points to the extremes of TNA's demographics tuning out, while
the middle audience found Impact appealing on a holiday Thursday.

Expected to be a low rating since it is a holiday but still poor that they can't get back above that 1.0 rating in general.

Thursday's TNA Impact Wrestling television show drew a 1.16 rating, up from the 0.99 rating the show drew last week. Impact averaged 1.494 million viewers, up from the 1.190 million average from the last Thursday.

Good rating for the special themed episode. These former PPV themed episodes seem to be boosting their ratings nicely, just need to convert those extra viewers into regulars. Wonder if Chris Sabin winning the title will pop the rating this week for the taped episode, people may tune in to see what happens with him as champion.

TNA Impact on Thursday, July 25 scored a 1.05 rating, down from a 1.16 rating for the "Destination X" Impact last week.

Impact averaged 1.314 million viewers, down 12 percent from an average of 1.494 million viewers last week. Last week's show was the most-watched episode since January.

This was a taped show so the rating held up well after Chris Sabin's title win. Next week is the test going back to a live show with Sabin as champion and with no gimmicks involved.

The 8/1 edition of Impact did 1,246,000 viewers, which was down from last week's number. It appears the August 1 videos didn't mean a whole lot. Maybe they can promote Kurt Angle's defensive driving seminar for next week.

Ended up being a 1.03 rating. Not a good sign that it decreased from last week considering this week was live rather than taped and they were hyping August1 all week as well.

I'm about to give up on TNA again. I don't give a shit about the Main Event mafia. Or the Aces and Eights crap. Rampage and Tito on TNA now is just another reason for me to stop watching. Seriously, the only thing that really keeps me watching TNA is to see the Styles/Aries/Bad Influence matches of the night. They're all I care about any more.
