oh I've always had the skills, I just recently decided to start using them more....i mean I noticed other supermods and admins doing it and no one stopped respecting them so I figured what the hell.....actually it has to do with being on vacation I think. I get so angry at my dumb ass staff, but I can't take it out on them, cause then they might cry to HR. I certainly can't take it out on my family that would just be wrong. So I take it out on people here :)
