Whenever i heard this topic, one name always comes to mind for myself.
Shane F'n Douglass. I dont know what went wrong, but i thought he had what it took to be world champ on day when he was brought in around 93-94
Out of that list Joey Mercury sticks out the most to me.

I voted for Monty Brown and then saw Joey Mercury, WWE missed the boat with him and I am very much enjoying his OVW and ROH work at present
