I am torn as to whether Cena should lose it not.

On one hand, Dom could use the boost as far as a win over Cena would give him. However, while he could use it, he does not necessarily need it (if you catch the distinction).

On the other hand, saving the IC Championship for whoever wins the tourney (and hopefully beats Cena), instantly becomes a huge boon for that superstar.

Just some food for thought.
