Don't be an idiot. I didn't say Raw is the better show. I said 4 shows aren't needed. Only one is. I didn't say which is the best (which, by the ay, is smackdown), but if they were to only keep one show, it would obviously be Raw. What I meant it, they only need one show, because they hardly have any main eventers, and the midcard lacks depth. They could fit all the good peopel from all four shows on to one.

^ I believe 2 shows is perfect for WWE. They need to go back to the way it was, just RAW and Smackdown!

No, they hardly even have a roster good enough for that. Honestly, here's the WWE main event:
Cena, Orton, Edge, Triple H, Batista, CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, and Undertaker and HBK (who will be gone soon anyway).
That should NOT be spread out over 2 shows. That's just barely enough to make up ONE main event scene.

^ oh and just so you know, when I said "I hope you were kidding" I was eluding to your statement about just having one show, since you said Smackdown!, ECW, and Superstars weren't needed. It had nothing to do with personal preference, I felt having just RAW would be dumb, and WWE has the depth to have at least two shows.

Nah. Quality>Qantity. There's no point having 4 shows, with only 1 and a half good. And no point having 60 superstars, with only 20-25 worthwhile. I'd rather 30 of the best guys be kept, and get rid of the trash, and fit all those 30 guys on one show, and have one kickass, must see, show a week, instead of 4 that are sub-par. One show would be the best, with a roster something like:

Main Event:
Batista, Cena, MVP, Jeff Hardy, CM Punk, Triple H, HBK, Taker, Orton, Edge, Rey

Midcard:
Kofi, Regal, DH Smith, Tyson Kidd, Swagger, Christian, Hardy, R Truth, Dibiase, Rhodes, Carlito, Kendrick, Henry, Finlay, Kozlov, Shelton Benjamin

^ Yeah but with all of those same top guys on the one show, all the TV time would go to them since HHH and all of that are the higher ups, which would leave pretty much no time at all for all of the midcarders you just listed.

Seriously, if you think you could fit all of those guys onto one 2 hour show a week and not have any of them get overlooked or booked poorly then you must be crazy lol. There is no way possible of fitting them all on the one show and making any of the midcard look good, they would just stay midcard their entire careers and never move up.

I think things went a little better with just RAW and SD, each show had their certain amounts of Main Eventers and Midcarders which kept things evenly balanced. Vince had the right sort of idea with ECW, getting all the young guys on the show to start their careers and get them a bit of TV time but there always has to be an already established star on the show for them to rely on which sucks for whoever that wrestler is imo.

The original two was good but the current amount isn't all that bad either.

I think the show plays a good role in allowing them to further flesh-out storylines and characters. The match quality has been pretty decent too.

That said, it occured to me yesterday as I struggled to find time to watch Extreme Rules just how hard it's been to keep up with all the WWE product since WM...

Yeah, and with that main event picture, and only 2 actually fighting over the belt, the rest would face in "main event" undercard feuds, leaving the midcard competitors with...nothing.
