Oooh I didn't even think of Splinter. Good call. Also pretty interesting match up as both are kinda similar. Raising kid(s) that have mutations and being a badass in different ways.

That said, I'm voting Hopper.

I'm going to go with Splinter here. The fact that there is a current comic where Donatello is listening to Splinter's voice through a dead rat shows the influence he had on his children.
