Homer all the way. Yeah he strangles Bart but like Jeff and Blaze mentioned, Bart had it coming a lot of the time. He is a good dad though for real, he does a lot for his kids and there’s episodes that are dedicated to that.

I do remember seeing Family Ties as a kid and the Dad on there seems good but yeah I’m going Homer
