All this time I figured Bo Dallas and R-Truth would kick off the show. The argument could be made RVD/Cesaro is more entertaining and worthy to kick of the show.
R-Truth is an entertaining cat and he and Bo have quite the rivalry going on. The Empire may be cooling on Bo but I didn't believe he'd be left off this card.
Stardust isn't on the card either, which sucks for me.

RAW was awesome in 1997 with limited pyro and set theatrics. I don't believe Steve Austin ever came out to pyro.
