The ECW Title was considered a world title when it was first brought back so it depends on of you think they retroactively stripped it of its status.

I believe WWE has if we go by their stats, but also for my own personal opinion I have my own "world titles" that I count but won't argue about bc they aren't official...and it doesn't count
