Personally I think he should come out to a really calm soothing piece of classical music which slowly turns into something nasty as he walks to the ring with him getting more and more agitated as he gets there and ready to rip someone apart.

Even more on my point he could have seperate entrance and exit music. One calming and soothing to enter then after he has flipped in the match he then leaves to the most nerve shredding howling piece of music in existence. Giving him two sides of a character to play with.

I'm don't think so but I'm sure Foley in his first book mentions it as an idea for mankind at one point. Not sure though as not read it in a long time.
