I left school a while back now, and now have a very well paid job with one of the uk's top banks and have lots of opportunity for progression. I was never asked about any qualifications or anything of the sort. But it's not to say that it's going to be the same for anyone.
I got decent pass marks for my gcse's to back me up.
I'd say stick with school for the rest of the school year,get some good results, and if your lucky you will eventually find a job that pays you well.
only then would i suggest leaving. Unless your getting paid well,your going nowhere fast
