It's a good idea, but I think that's what NXT is for and as of now WWE is doing an okay job at pushing talent and welcoming in new guys.
In this one year we got Ryback, Ambrose, Rollins, Reigns, Sandow, & Cesaro, so I think WWE is doing good as far as talent. If they do what Striker suggested there will be lest time for these newly debuted superstars to garner popularity. However I will agree with Baraa with Raw's 3 hours being boring. Not enough effort is being put into more plots. At best WWE has 3 solid, entertaining, and developed storylines, and if your not lucky enough to be in them, you're in limbo.

There's been nothing original since whoever knows how long. It could be legitimate that he doesn't watch TNA, we do not know. However with that being said I think NXT's the way forward as far as talent goes in my honest opinion as they don't really need something like this. Why not throw in a cruiserweight title belt for hour one giving time for superstars such as Tyson Kidd, Justin Gabriel, 3MB, Tensai, Camacho, The Great Khali, Curt Hawkins, JTG, Trent Beretta, etc.
- Open the show with a mainevent teaser.
- First match in a exciting way consisting of the title being put on the line against different superstars on a weekly basis with the cruiserweight lumberjacks with the first 5 people who put on the longest match with the champion get to compete with the Cruiserweight Champion at the PPV in a 6 way match.
- Otunga's crowd challenge competition in an arm wrestling match whilst feuding with R Truth.
- Mainevent reminder, build-up.
- Tag team action, Kane and Daniel Bryan, etc.
- Backstage segment with the Divas.
- Diva match.
First hour done.
- Open the show with a mainevent teaser.
