Brock wouldnt put Punk over and Punk wouldnt put Brock over. Neither man wants to do the match and it wont happen.

How do you know neither guy is interested? Sure Punk wouldn't have an issue putting over a guy like Brock if he didn't have an issue putting over Undertaker/Rock/Cena and Brock would put over anyone as long as WWE pays him the $$$$.

Also Punk couldn't put Brock over. Someone is put over when a wrestler lower on the card beats a wrestler higher up on the card to stimulate or start a push up in the card for said lower card wrestler. Brock could put over Punk, Punk could not put over Brock.
