Storyline News on Ricardo Rodriguez & Del Rio

Seems a bit backwards really considering how much they talk up Del Rio and how he's virtually royalty.

I think it being backwards is kind of the point of this. I just don't see 3 nobodies jumping on the screen during a Cena/Del Rio feud.

I would love to see this. Perhaps after Del Rio loses the WWE title be it to Cena or whoever.

Interesting though I don't see them putting Ricardo over this much in WWE. Could see Del Rio having his own stable at some point though.

lol yeah you have but pretty much took it as a joke and now there could be a chance of it being true. I wouldn't say a big chance though considering the position they have put Del Rio in as a main heel.

Del Rio is championship material, I like Ricardo but moving him from his sidekick/lackie role is just a mistake. He fits that role perfectly I'm sure that is why you all are fans of him in the first place. He'd be a decent mouth piece for FCW, but for WWE? You got to be wiggin'.

I know Ricardo Rodriguez personally. I'm not going to say that this is true or not, hell he hasn't actually told me, but it is a good idea imo. But it just seems awkward, for the reasons everyone said in prior posts

So the Ricardo thing aired on last weeks FCW show, which is available to d/l in the media section

Ricardo said he's an employee of his. That Alberto a couple of years ago went to an agency that belonged to Ricardo's father in Mexico (the biggest in Mexico) & Europe and he signed with them. Ricardo's Dad was the one who said to Ricardo because Alberto has talent, he should introduce him to the ring everytime. Ricardo said he's been with Del Rio since Day 1 and that he won MITB, Royal Rumble, being on Wrestlemania & winning the WWE title all because of Ricardo. He then says the current superstars he has in FCW (as listed in the first post) will go on and be a success in WWE.

Agreed. There's absolutely no reason to make that change on RAW. You don't have to fix things that aren't broken.
