Ok, with the Vince mcmahon stage acident, some people liked, some didnt. I was one who didnt have an opinion yet, I just thought we should all give it a chance first... But anyways, now, it looks like WWE has an out. As you all know, last night the mcmahon family was supposed to make a statement. Usually that would be used to further a storyline, and kepep it going. But instead, it looks like they opted to try to end it as soon as possible. thats what I hink anyways. because it was hardly mentioned last night, and Shane didnt give any details, he just said that Vince is in pain, they wont say whats wrong with him, and they want privacy... Now, wwe still MIGHT go into a storyline with this, butit looks like most likely, they will just leave it at that, and drop it, and erase it from the storyline plans, lol...

That could actually work though, because they will just acknowledge it happened, say theres no comments on it, and he'll be resting, and then just keep Vince off tv for 6-8 months...

So, do you think wwe is just gonna sort of drop the storyline?
Do you think its good they drop it, seeing as so much other great stuff is going on?

Yes, I think this is the way to drop the storyline without a bunch of useless BS. As long as the shows are as good as last night's, then I'm fine with them dropping the storyline. WWE doesn't need Vince to boost the ratings, they need to highlight the younger guys and give them time to grow in the eyes of the fans.

As of right now, it seems like a GREAT idea to drop the Vince storyline.

maybe. Vince gets himself into alot of things. being killed then returning without an explanation isnt strange at all is it?

yes. the whole WWE draft is outshadering the mcmahon thing. compared to everything the McMahon thing is the worst on wwe now. it would be good if it just stopped.

I think they will postpond the storyline. Maybe waiting for something more suitable and at the correct time. So they will keep Vince off screen for few months till things become more clear about it. To make it a stronger and a better storyline, they can actually use it as reference (history) and state that fact later and make someone responsible about the accident.

Um, did you read my post dude. It looks like they already have. thats my point, by having Shane just mention it for 3 seconds, and then tell us its going to be kept private pretty much drops it.... If they had plans for it, they wouldve done something last night, it was obviously just to end Million Dollar Mania

The Shane thing was just to make it seem legit

I think they are going to drop the storyline, and what Shane said last night is hinting towards that. My question is, if they were just going to drop it the next week after they did the angle..then what was the point? Why couldn't they just say, "well...the Million Dollar Mania contest is over, thanks to all who participated!" instead of having the fuckin stage fall on Vince and then drop the storyline on the next show. Imo, they either have something planned, like revealing who did it...or it was just a waste of time that was done for nothing

Yes, but if they wanted to go on with it more, they wouldve said alot more, and made an angle out of it. IMO, they only did the Shane thing to make it seem legit, and acknowledge it, and I think they will drop it now. Because they have a ton more stuff going on, and they realsie they dont need that storyline.

And chessarmy, because people woul dbe like "um, wtf" when he just says he'll end it, so it sort of needed a proper ending.

Honestly I don't care if it made no sense or if looks stupid I just think they way they are doing it is ok, it should be a way to keep Vince off my tv for a while. They could've easily done it another way but I guess its the McMahon way of doing stuff. I just hope they don't turn this into another Hornswoggle-like storyline.

Will they drop it? I think it was just a way to end the million dollar giveaway. So yes.

Do I think it's good? Yes, I don't want anymore stories centered around Vince.

Yeah, I think they just did that to get Vince off tv.

Do you think its good they drop it, seeing as so much other great stuff is going on?
The story line was pretty interesting, I think its going to lead to undertakers return if they don't drop the storyline.

I don't think there was ever an intention of making a storyline out of this... At least not a wrestling-related one.
