RVD a HOFer? Hell, even Tazz? I am sorry, but they don't deserve to be HOFers.

Looking back at his WCW career, Sting truly deserves the Hall of Fame induction.

I'm kinda on the fence regarding those two. On the one hand I agree with CMS to a degree, on the other hand both were part of what were historic circumstances. RVD being the only person to ever hold both the ECW and WWE titles at the same time and Tazz who was a WWE wrestler won the ECW title at an ECW event from a WCW wrestler. So I know it's only one thing but still technically kinda big things.

Sting is certainly a shoe-in once his TNA run comes to an end, then again so are every member of the Main Event Mafia. I can even see Jeff Jarrett getting in when TNA folds. But I think before they put in Sting, they have to put in some lesser WCW guys to get fans accustomed to WCW names. Vader, Lex Luger, and DDP should lead the way to Sting's induction.

Steiner is still in there right? I have to disagree with that statement if so lol.

DDP is my dude (no homo lol)

What has Jeff Jarrett ever done to be HOF worthy? He won the IC Title, wrestled a woman (at least I think she's a woman >_>), and won a World Title at a dying company. It's like fucking a drunk chick, you technically fucked her, but it does nothing for your reputation.

Not sure I'd consider Lex Luger to be worthy of that particular honour. Aside from the fact that he's shit in the ring there's also the problem that he never looked like winning the championship in the WWE despite a phenomenal push. Vader should definitely go in though. For me he's up there with Andre the Giant as one of the best monster heels ever.

Vader is one of the greatest monster heels in wrestling history, I'll give you that, but what has he done that was HOF worthy? Some shit run as WCW Champ before WCW became big? Wear a bondage mask to the ring? Yell "IT'S VADER TIME", as loud as he could? Vader was awesome, but nowhere near HOF worthy.

Jeff Jarrett fuck Vince over on No Mercy 1999 i think, as his contract ended earlier than the PPV, i think he held up vince for more money or else he wouldnt show up for PPV match..

I doubt if vince would wanna help a person like that...

He got something like $40,000 just to wrestle Chyna that night and drop the IC title to her, because his contract was up and he was leaving for WCW. I think it's safe to say that Vince is not his biggest fan.

thanks for that +rep added to you...

i don't think vince wouldn't wanna work with a person like that again, (well pby not to put in there HOF). because he worked with eric.b., Paul heyman and even him/bret hart did some dvd work, plus the hof for bret...

But jeff Jarrett isn't as good or excellent as a bret hart...

Not Steiner alone, but in years down the road, I would be hard-pressed to think that the Steiner Brothers would not go in, seeing as how they are one of the greatest tag teams of all time.

And, yes, I certainly see Jarrett getting in at some point, even potentially for his work with TNA. You are all making it sound as though only Bret Harts and Hulk Hogans get in. Fucking Koko B Ware got in this year. Do not be surprised if Jarrett gets in waaaay down the road, as somebody who many might say "Who?" and the older fans will answer that he put together a company that somehow made it to a global level despite the WWE's near-monopoly over the industry.

And Vader ABSOLUTELY will be in there one day, if for no other reason that, like it was said, he is one of the greatest monster heels of all time. He had an AWESOME feud with Sting and did a lot of good shit in WCW that made it stand out across the nation. And his WWF run was not bad at all, he did a lot of fun stuff. If he had only wrestled for the WWE, then I agree that he would not be HOF-worthy. But the WWE is now beyond only acknowledging their own history. His WCW stuff counts too, and that certainly pushes him in. Again though, that's not to diminish his WWF stuff, because that was great as well.

um, thats not exactly what happened.

Yes Jarrett had not resigned. there was a verbal agreement to resign, hense the build up of the IC Title match for the PPV. However Vince last minute decided not to go through with the contract. However he did pay Jarrett 40,000 to work 1 extra day after his contract expired (ie PPV night) so that the money spent on the build of the PPV would not be ruined. Jarrett actually left the WWE on pretty good terms and gave Jarrett a lot of credit for agreeing to work that last match including Vince himself.

It was comments Jarrett made later and his spot in WCW that eventually put him on bad terms with the WWE.
