Get in people like Burchill, Paul heyman, Giant Bernard, Gregory helms and make them worth a damn. Fire Russo, for one and get TNA out of Orlando Florida. Plus they need more money invested in them if you ask me. Also get more commercialized, say your the alternative to the PG WWE. Make good promos, make good talent acquisitions, make stars for tommorow. TNA with hogan and Eric have done ok but hey need more to happen to even have sniff of competing with the WWE.
Plus also make sure you have heels and faces so we know who is who. Do not turn every week.

^that gives me another point. Be consistent with face/heel turns. I don't know how many times Team 3D, MCMG, and Morgan have switched alignments the past few months

That was really my original point, I just went off track. You're right, I would be fairly sure Team 3D switched between heel and back about 4 times in 3 months. That's just ridiculous, the fans can't keep up, and it shows that TNA have trepidation when deciding what to do next.

Also, the worst thing for TNA to do would be to stop going Monday's. That's basically waving the white flag, and quitting without really making an impact (so to speak) at all. If it happens, or it doesn't, at least TNA can say they tried. Backing out now puts them on the back foot. They need to keep pushing ahead.

Blow it all up and start over.

Keep the core group of guys around (Styles, Daniels, Joe, Angle, MCMG, Pope. Desmond, The Young Bucks) and build the company around them.

GET RID OF THE WCW GUYS! HOGAN, Bischoff (Though he can stay as an on-air character), NASH, Hall, Waltman, Flair.

Bring back Kong and Melissa. Go back to making the KO division mean something (You know, back when they were getting the highest rated segments on Impact).

FIRE RUSSO!

I'm not saying to bring in Heyman, but anyone would be better than Russo.

STOP IT WITH THE BACKSTAGE SEGMENTS EVERY 10 SECONDS! Its annoying!

FIRE MIKE TENAY! Anyone can do a better job than Tenay. Maybe keep him as an analyst, but he should no longer do play-by-play.

There's a lot more things I need to add, I'll probably mention them later.

1. Cut the dead weight. I think they have something like 72 wrestlers to pack into one show? WWE don't have that many across 3 I don't think.
2. Get out of Orlando.
3. Stop trying to be WWE Lite.
4. Stop hiring every guy that gets fired from WWE. RVD and Jeff Hardy are nice pick ups, but what does Val Venis or Orlando Jordan bring to TNA?
5. Keep advertising.
6. Have an absolute clear out of the writers, and just start from square one. Give Bischoff a bit of input, get rid of Russo, try like hell to get Heyman etc etc.
7. Decide to do something and stick to it. Go through with a storyline or a face/heel turn. Too many times they seem hesitant, almost scared to pull the trigger, to take risks on a certain guy. Vince has done it time and time again to success, TNA have been lackluster in the area of building talents up. They have had chances to make Daniels, AJ, Joe and others stars at numerous points. They have missed to boat time and time again.

This pretty much sums it all up.

I dont know why everyone is hating on Hogan and Bishoff so much right now. I think Hogan has began to limit himself on TV the past 2-3 weeks and Bishoff is on TV an authority figure.

I have thought about Heyman in TNA but from what I have heard is that he is a creative mind but to damn stubbern to change anything about his ideas. He would never work for Bishoff.

Also I read from an earlier post that he booked Smackdown in 02-03, I wasn't aware of that. Those shows were very very good, but remember how good the roster was aswell.

TNA has a great roster except for the old dudes. This is Wrestling not a retirement home <,<

Push all the wrestlers that are good in the ring and on the mic.

Get rid of all the old and worthless wrestlers. Like Hogan, Hall, Nash, Flair, etc. They arent drawing shit if thats what TNA is trying to do..

Because it's a trend right now. Kind of like parachute pants in the late 80's and early 90's.

If Vince doesn't think he's good enough to run WWE, then why would TNA want him? To show they're a poor version of WWE that takes whatever scraps they can get from them? No. No, no, no, no, no. Blue.

Kizza and SP pretty much sum it up correctly.
