Scott Steiner was recently interviewed by the Miami Herald and had some harsh words about former co-workers Triple H and Ric Flair. "Ric Flair would rather wrestle in front of 200 people and have the belt than wrestle in front of 200,000 people and not have the belt," Steiner said. "He's a piece of ^%$#."

Scott's not the only one who thinks badly of The Nature Boy, as apparently Triple H has similar feelings towards Ric Flair these days. Steiner says the relationship between Hunter and Flair has soured with Hunter unable to stand Flair after Flair left the company earlier this year. "When I was up there, it was ridiculous. Flair was kissing Triple H's (expletive) so bad, carrying his bags to buildings. Now Triple H can't stand Ric Flair. To each his own."

Steiner also said why he thinks Flair left WWE. "There's a reason why Flair's not there anymore. It's not because he's retired. Flair's a piece of (expletive). I've been able to read people real good throughout my life. I knew Flair was a piece of (expletive), and Triple H was a piece of (expletive). It didn't take long to figure out."

On his run with the Main Event Mafia: ''I was part of the nWo also, but even that wasn't a collection of all the world champions. There's five world champions [in the Main Event Mafia]. I'm talking about WWE, WWF, WCW world champions. So we're all legit before we even formed the group, and we all formed the group out of respect for each other and respect for this business. It actually has the same kind of feel as the nWo, but I think Hogan and Nash were the only former world champions. Scott Hall was probably the best wrestler never to win a world championship."

Since signing with TNA in 2006 he has overcome a few injuries -- including a huge scare in 2007, after an accidental kick to the throat by Apolo during a TNA house show in Puerto Rico -- which left him with a torn trachea. Doctors in Puerto Rico saved his life with only a couple hours left.

''No matter what happens outside the ring, I've always given 100 percent,'' he said. "Some guys aren't like that. Some guys actually believe they're 'winning' a world title. It's a joke. It's entertainment.''

Lol, so, a guy who hates HHH's guts, and probably never talks to him, knows how he feels about Ric Flair?
It must be awesome to be able to read minds. :shifty:

Besides, he makes no sense whatsover. Ric Flair is out of the WWE...because he's a piece of shit?

This is the kind of guys I hate being around the business. Sure, it's fake, sure, it's all scripted, but to deminish how he did winning a championship makes me lose even more respect for him. So, guys who FEEL winning the championship are a joke? How about Scott, you go to Vickie Guerrero and the Guerrero family, sit down with them, watch NWO 04 and Eddie celebrate that title victory, and then watch that family in the eyes and tell them that is a joke.

Go to Benoit's dad and tell him that all the hard work his son put, and the tears he shed on WM XX are a joke.

But then again, Scott is really a special man. I mean, he knows how Triple H feels about somebody and knows what Ric Flair would prefer.

matter what happens outside the ring, I've always given 100 percent

When? In your horrible, horrible matches? Or in your indescifrable promos?

There's five world champions [in the Main Event Mafia]. I'm talking about WWE, WWF, WCW world champions.

They don't look like champions anymore.

So we're all legit before we even formed the group, and we all formed the group out of respect for each other and respect for this business.

When was the last time he passed a drug test? 2003?
It actually has the same kind of feel as the nWo, but I think Hogan and Nash were the only former world champions.

So wrong here. The Main Event Mafia can never compare to nWo or have the same 'feel' as that of nWo, it's a short-lived faction and it's not long before it drains away.

Scott Hall was probably the best wrestler never to win a world championship."

Again, so wrong.

I don't think the Scott Hall thing is that far off. He was real good back in the day from what I've seen, and was highly unlucky to never hold a world title.

Steiner is a fuckin' joke!

As for Hall... Meh... IC-champ as Razor was decent enough and IMO he fullfilled his potential during that run. Never saw him as world champ material.

Steiner is the joke. The only reason he rags on ppl like Trips and Flair is because he knows mentioning there names will make ppl read so by doing that it gains him publicty. coz lets face he he cant get it on his own. The only thing ppl read about him these days is the amount of injuries he gets. guy is a cock.

Hell, he wasn't even a draw then. I couldn't stand Steiner in WCW and when he was starting to Main Event, I stopped watching WCW for the most part. I'd probably actually blame it one Jericho then Benoit leaving why I stopped watching, but at the same time, once they left WCW blew so hard.

I think you're misunderstanding what he's saying about Flair winning the championship. I don't think he's diminishing the idea of being a champion (actually, I know he's not, because the rest of the article directly contradicts that). Rather, he's saying that Ric Flair would rather be the big fish in a small pond due to his selfishness. And, say what you want about Steiner, but it has been well documented that Flair has had quite the ego backstage during his heyday.

I am not addressing the comment about Ric Flair, I am talking about the last thing he said:

He's just mad because he hasn't wrestled a good match since 1996, pre-anabolics and synthol injections into his biceps. The guy can't even dive off the mat correctly.

My bad, I didn't see that part.

And I enjoyed Steiner vs Joe Slammiversary '06. Beyond that, he's not really a wrestling god, but he's not meant to be, so that's ok.
