It's a custom plugin we have, activated it so Anonymous can go through and fix the problem which is happening (the sidebox sits alongside the advertisement sidebox, makes the forum very thin and ugly). Those with 10+ posts today (or Superstar members) won't see the ads, so it'll probably look fine for you now.
