I think so. I mean, we look at Morrison and Miz and them succeeding in the Tag Team division on other shows. Kingston leaves and wins the IC title. Punk leaves and wins the World Heavyweight Champion. I think the ECW brand is used a lot better than people think. We rip on it and say they are misused and ignored and such when in reality these guys are getting a real chance. I can't wait to see what happens when guys like Bourne, Burke, Neely and Delaney move to other brands. Thoughts?

Yeah.. that's what ECW is meant for. I really don't see anything out of Delaney but Bourne looks to be a top class contender when he moves to Smackdown/Raw.

Ya, noone really rips on it. Everyone knows it does their job, people say they wish they hd more people on there, but noone denies that it produces stars. Punk, Kingston and Morrison will all be big. I also think Evan Bourne will be a solid uppermidcarder. they do a good job pushing guys.

How could we forget The Miz...I know there's some people that are completely against the guy...but you can not deny the fact that he has improved tremendous amounts since being sent to ECW...As can be said for many other superstars making there way over there...

ECW really does do it's job if you look past the lack of storylines and pointlessness.

I hope they form Elijah Burke into something, he has good charisma, him and Bourne can become the new face of ECW because everyone else sucks, except for everyone's favorite the Adamle.

Delaney can actually wrestle very well, he just doesn't get the chance. He needs to get into a real feud, then he can showcase his talent.

Colin Delaney is the man, they need to expose his amazing charisma.

that's the reason I like ECW so much, there's so many younger guys that you want to see succeed, and are actually really talented. even the booking is kind of different, the undercard is more wrestling based as opposed to promos.

I've always thought that ECW is like FCW(Or whatever WWE's Development Territory is) televised. It's really there for people like Shelton, Morrison and Carlito who either should be getting a push but aren't or aren't ready for the push they'll get. This puts them up against some duds to make them look gooed and go over.

Yes ECW produces stars. Look at the singles Champions on Raw, and think of where in WWE they came from. Neither Kofi nor Punk would have been as successful if they had started elsewhere IMO.

Morrison is a star, Bourne has started in the perfect place and will be a star, Morrison is a star, and Miz has improved there greatly. Basically, if I were a debuting wrestler in WWE, I would want to start in ECW.

Ill play devils advocate for a second.

You can argue that Punk was a star before he even entered the WWE. Morrison was an IC champ and tag champ before going to ECW.

That being said, ECW would be completely useless if it didn't elevate people to the next level. Thats its only purpose. We shouldn't be overly praising it for doing its job.

Morrison had been turned to piss on RAW before he was drafted last year. He was mainly wrestling on Heat with Dykstra (Some career's he had -_-); but as soon as they put him on ECW, he started to show even MORE promise...

I forgot about The Miz on Smackdown haha. Ohh I remember him now. Yes, now look what Teddy Long's doing. He's having a superstar development thing, just like today when he brought in Atlas Ortiz. I'll be watching ECW more now.
