Remember Suzu came in as a group from Ice Ribbon so the chances of maybe a talent or two coming in to join her group if she's making her own is possible as well.

I feel Suzu can potentially lead a group which sort of is a spiritual successor to DDM. Slight heel lean, but has a cool factor, a lot of outsiders. Like how Neo Genesis is the spiritual successor to QQ in a way with their own twist.
