I mean theirs been plenty of Inquisitors but yeah that is the same Grand Inquisitor from Rebels. Look, design, and the Story of him matches it. The Grand Inquisitor is a Pau'an and alot of people don't know they have 2 Stomachs so taking a shot to the Stomach and dying is highly unlikely I imagine. I still think he's alive and is going to kill Reva by the end of this. I think Vader knows and he should know what Reva did already and he doesn't care right now because Obi-Wan is on his mind. Vader can always replace them because the only two Canon to what comes later is Fifth Brother and the Grand himself the two ladies were completely created for this Show. Vader in the Comics killed Inquisitors because they failed him so don't be shocked either Reva getting killed by him as well.

That might be one of the craziest things they have done to create a new Character who looks exactly like him to just serve Reva so she can be in the fore front man I'm really doubting your theory. Rupert Friend is penciled in by his IDMB for the next couple of Episodes so he'll be there more than likely. Now if it's not the same guy and you might be right he might be he's a little more pudgier but hey Gorr The God Killer looks different in the new Thor Film vs his Alien like look in the Comics. What are the chances because of his injuries when he does return he does look skinner and more like the look closer to what he looks like in Rebels? That might be the funniest thing to me if that guy is not him and the next in line who we know kills Reva shows up late in the Show
