What are some stables/factions that you think should have been handled better and why? JBL's cabinet comes to mind. Great idea but the members were weak and forgettable. Never such a case where one guy had to totally carry the stable. Punk's led Nexus is also one that should be handled better. Had a great start having the members sacrifice and the whole faith deal. Really think they should have kept rolling with that and built on it.

Legacy, definitely.

Orton, Rhodes & DiBiase are all talented and have a great look, should have been perfect together. However, the ridiculous booking leading up to the group coming together, Manu & Sim Snuka being involved, them having no long term effect. The constant Michael Cole call of "RHODES, DIBIASE, LEGACY" - The fact that the entire stable lead to nothing but Randy Orton winning a Wrestlemania match. Biggest let down of a stable, of all time for me.

A lot more could have been done with the Straight Edge Society, also.

$10,000 on any stable CM Punk has ever led (SES and New Nexus) or touched (New Breed), Alex

Any stable with him becomes directionless jobbers, and he himself becomes an even bigger jobber to the stars, so the stable benefits no one at all while wasting air time

As much as it pains me to say it, The Straight Edge Society.

Luke Gallows, Serena and eventually Joey Mercury, all had plenty of potential to bring a lot to the stable and use it as a springboard to get themselves over in the long term. But all the focus was given to Punk basically. Even though he certainly delivered, it did nothing for the rest of the group. Not to mention the way they were always booked to be a stable of jobbers to the likes of Rey Mysterio and Big Show.

A stable never really did anything noteworthy, disbanded akwardly, and could've been so much more.
