There have been some discussions about resurrecting the Main Event Mafia in some capacity in 2011. While Sting and Kevin Nash's contracts are still up for grabs, a few sources feel TNA is trying to resign them to help make the group. Obviously Kurt Angle would also be a core member of the group. I have no word on the status of Scott Steiner and Booker T but have heard those members are less likely.

An early rumor slated the Main Event Mafia to go head on with Immortal later this year. Unfortunately contrasting rumors say the plan is to blow off this feud in some form by Lockdown. There has been pressure by Spike TV to increase ratings and some believe it is partially them who have brought forth the idea of the Main Event Mafia reunion, since they were responsible for a surge in ratings in 2009.

Again, this is an early rumor at this point.

Might be a good idea if they revamp it a lot keep the name and have Angle involved, but bring back Booker, Nash, and Steiner isn't something I want to see.

Meh don't really want to see that and really hoping Immortal don't last that long anyways.

You can't have a MEM with AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and guys as lackeys so Steiner, Nash, Sting, and Book are a most. Without them you would have to call it MCM

The whole Main Event Mafia angle was a screwup the first time. Why bring them back now? Having them be the ones to feud and possibly end Immortal would only further promote the image that TNA isn't interested in developing their own talents too.
