What I meant in my previous posts isn't about guys coming in here and saying "NXT sucks". What I am saying is these guys come out and just start looking for the most weird reasons to try to justify their opinion on why they dislike something. Sometimes, there just isn't a reason. It's different to say "this sucks" than to say "personally, I don't like this". And I would prefer someone saying "personally, I don't like this", than see this threads taking minimal things as how rookies got beaten because they were outnumbered by veterans and former World Champions as a reason of why the storyline sucks.

Randy Orton and John Cena destroyed the entire RAW roster at one point... you're mad about John Cena along with multiple other people clearing the entire ring of guys we were forced to believe just months ago needed guidance and could barely get over on their mid-card trainers?

Goood god. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. That's one of the great things I wanted to remember.

Can we all just accept that this, at best, average peice of storytelling is ultimately gonna go nowhere...

Our screen is cluttered up by a bunch of jobbers, getting the kind of exposure that the MVPs, Kofis, Christians, Cody's... hell; ANY of the main roster, would kill for, only for them all to be buried by the angle with the exception of maybe Barret who may find himself 'climbing the ladder' when, I dunno, 4 weeks ago he'd already been announced as the winner of a spot on the roster.... We come full circle except for the waste of screen time on guys that have no long term future with the company.

Lets not forget the uber botches of WWE messing things up with Danielson & Barret... The writers are already on the backfoot.

If they wanted to do an elaborate, invasion type storyline, then great, bring it on, but come up with something better than a jobber revolution that will be crushed before anything, kayfaybe or otherwise, is acheived.

In part I agree with what RKOLegacy is trying to put accross... The writing is on the wall for the Nexus guys before anything has or can get going... I know we're meant to suspend dis-belief, but I need the writers/bookers to meet me half way here.

Maybe it's just me, but remember post-WM when all the guy's were coming out cutting promo's on Cena and their not getting a break? ...I'd ihave nfinitely prefered an alliance forming out of the likes of Carlito, Miz, Sheamus and whoever else it may have been saying these things and have them declare "we're not waiting for the famous Vince McMahon "OPPORTUNITY" to fall into our lap any longer... We're gonna take our fate into our own hands" etc. blah.... [cue run-ins... interference.... suspension... holding the TV show to ransom in much the same way as Nexus did for a contract or whatever].

This storyline was one of the most intriguing angles of the decade, the week it happened, then the Bryan stuff happened and took it to new heights (When some still people questioned it was a work or not.) then the second week happened and everyone remembered that this is the power couple's writing team handling things, and putting a potentially epic storyline in the hands of that crew is like handing a Super Bowl winning team to John Fox.., you're just waiting for disappointment. I don't see what the harm would have been in having them beat up the Henrys and Yoshis of the world...but yes, why do the thing that helps your big faction, when you can have them get beat up by the "Superstars" team, reinforcing them as chumps? Whatever. Like I said, I knew where this was all headed since week 2, and just like Airfixx said, that's nowhere. Too bad because there's some talent in the group, but it's being wasted on an storyline destined to fail in the environment it's set in.

Let me put an end to this once and for all.

There is a HUGE difference between the Orton/Cena vs Raw situation and what happened on Raw the other night. The Orton/Cena thing was an actual tag team match, where it could only be one on one at any given time. In that type of situation anything can happen. One guy could logically beat 100. On the flip side, if it is an all out brawl, the numbers game comes into play and the side with the most numbers will win.

Nexus has been on the winning side everytime they have had the numbers advantage. Last Monday, the numbers were against them. It was 7 against Cena, Yoshi, Santino, DH, Kidd, Morrison, Kozlov, and Golddust. 7 on 8.

IT WAS NOT A SQUASH. Not even close.

You should have reserved this thread for when Triple HHH comes back and single handledly sends them all back to OVW in a box.
