News Spud Re-signs With TNA

- TNA's John Gaburick announced today that Rockstar Spud has signed a new deal with the company. He joins Tyrus, Angelina Love and Matt Hardy as talents who have signed new deals. Gaburick tweeted:

Holy crap, I just found out and thought it would be my time to make a tribute thread to the mighty Spud. Haha, nice timing Balor.

Dang it, what a great re-signing. Not an Aries, but still going to be a big part of TNA for the many years to come. IMO, he's great on the mic and the lowest he can go is manager. He's past that stage right now in terms of his actual wrestling career and his match with EC3 tomorrow night on Destination America is gonna be so awesome - and he still has the X-Division championship briefcase!

Hopefully Aries is next. Oh, and new signings plz. Apparently Shaun Ricker, former NXT guy, will be in Orlando and was at Gut Check 2015.

Spud is probably on my Top 5 favorite characters in wrestling. He just knows his role so perfectly and plays it to greatness, be it a heel geek or a fiery babyface. This is good news.
