Ambrose to win. But I hope we see less of these champ vs champ matches if so. Don't want a member of The Shield jobbing on a weekly basis.

Seriously. Every Ambrose mark creaming themselves at the thought of him winning the US Strap should reconsider. All that makes you is a jobber to the stars in WWE.

I'm all for Ambrose winning the US Title. The only thing is I'd prefer if it was the Intercontinental Championship since it's technically higher on the totem pole than the US Title but because of a heel having the title (Barrett), I guess that idea wouldn't work out. They could have kept it on The Miz but Kofi seems a better transitional champion to drop the belt to Ambrose since he's more exciting to watch in the ring anyway.

I think if Kane plays an injury angle following the ER tag match, Daniel Bryan can continue his feud with The Shield by battling Ambrose for the US Title. He could even end up getting his revenge on them for losing the tag team titles and for Kane's injury by taking that belt away from them. Only flaw with this is it would likely happen right away and I don't want Ambrose or any of them losing a championship that fast, but it'd make a great singles feud over the title either way. Then Bryan can go do something else. I also don't see the reason for assuming Ambrose winning the US Title will lead to him jobbing or whatever. Considering that Ambrose is obviously being groomed to be a breakout star, feel free to assume that winning the US Title will only benefit from being over Ambrose's shoulder, not that Ambrose will suffer for having won it.

I'd be happy to see Ambrose with the US title. I'm 99.9% sure that he will win this match.

Sure, no harm there. Kofi as champ does nothing for anyone anyway and it won't affect his booking since he'll still be in the Shield.
