That is simply not true. There are a couple of things that play into it, like who said or in which situation they say it.

No one would even remember "Suplex City", if Chad Gable would have thrown that in during a throw away match on SD. It may have gotten him a Hashtag moment on Twitter, but no one would have cared couple of weeks later.

Obviously not everything that got turned into a chant or something similar is "good".
