PWInsider.com is reporting that William Regal was backstage at the Great American Bash last night and is expected to return in some fashion tonight on Raw.

I hate that smurf. I hope he comes back, reinstated as GM, only to get fired, then kicked straight in the nuts by none other than everyone's favorite Raw GM Eric Bischoff.

I can't stand William Regal, if he turns off the god damn lights one more time I will be super pissed.

Nope, not yet. I'm sure next week he will be. I thought for sure he'd come out during the opening segment when Batista made his own match and said he was in charge. Would have been the perfect opportunity imo.

Sounds logical when you think about the misuses of his character for the past year or so. And here I thought they just didn't know which storylines to place Batista in. Making him GM would kill him off for good in the eyes of the fans.

i htought he was comin back when CM Punk said he was the King of Raw. but i would much rather see Bischoff back
