Because the best way to have someone develop is working with veterans. If you just got a bunch of people who need to develop, that’s gonna be bad, real bad. Gotta have the mix. Trust me, I understand being frustrated with booking, Ive my fair share of meltdowns because of it. But you also have to be willing to hear other people out, and have a conversation about it, and see things from all sides. Tricks moment will come, and he’ll get a good run at some point, when the time is truly right.

Sadly it’s gotta be a little bit of both.
Plus as they say, there’s more money in the chase. Don’t give up hope my guy, Trick will get it back and have a better run, when the time is right. That’s just not right now.
