WF is running ok for me, and my laptop is pretty bad. I need a new one. Anyways, it loads pretty fast for me. The only thing I can say is, when there's a thread with a crapload of youtube videos, it loads extremely slow for me. Could you make it a rule where all youtube videos have to be in spoilers unless it's just 1 or 2?

I made something that converts youtube embeds into a clickable image a while ago, but since it's only doing it after the page has loaded it isn't really as effective as it could be. I was too lazy to try and do it all on the server side, might go back to it some other time.

When errors only happen to specific people it's really difficult to track down why.

Is there something you could do to make it when a person embeds a video, it automatically loads in a spoiler? I myself, honestly wouldn't know where to start because I don't do SSS, I only do CSS.
But anything additional to what we have now would be helpful.

As a plugin that shouldn't be too hard. Pretty sure MyCode can do that. Anonymous can't access site atm though, WF is trolling him. When he can he'll be able to give you a better reply.

Good news. Hate speed issues with websites on shared hosting anyway, since I can't do anything myself (no control over anything

Why use shared hosting though? Is it easier to use?

It's cheap. We're not big enough for a VPS or dedicated server, and they cost from like $40 a month to $200+ if you're not careful. Just it gives me more freedom if we were on such things to identify the issues myself. For example on shared hosting, someone else on that server (since it's shared it's not just us) could upload one faulty php file that loops and bam the server is slow/offline. Or something that takes up lots of SQL use. Can be a while before it's tracked down .

$40 doesn't sound that bad. How much do you currently pay?

I think it's around $6-$8 a month. $40 a month would be okay if the site makes that a month. Hosting needs to pay for itself.

I would help out if I could get money in my PP, but I'm kind of in a slump right now because I need all the money I can get for college this fall. Once I get into college though, I'll be haappy to start donating money that I don't need... which will probably all money I make online. (Can't spend it off the web).
