Speculation MCMG could be WWE bound

These are just comments taken from peoples posts in the Reddit thread from where Ciampa posted this pic so take their info with a grain of salt since i've not seen the actual tweets / reports myself.

I mean the two of them still haven’t shown up in AEW, which feels strange given how imminent it seemed they were gonna show up. At the same time, I don’t remember any reports that they’d actually signed?​

It was reported a little while ago it seemed likely (going to AEW), but they never signed and now at least SRS is saying he doesn't think they are going there but isn't 100%. PWN are saying they recently have been having talks with WWE but are still adamant AEW could still be in the running. We also today had Alex Shelley posting that he might have had his last indy match for a while and now this from Ciampa so everything is very interesting.​

Just for clarification, he posted that he might have had his last match at Beyond Wrestling, which is one of the first indy promotions he did after the Pandemic. He still has a match vs Sabin for Prestige Wrestling on the 12th.

I'm the type of dude when a talent or Tag Team are deciding on where to go when they are Free Agents on their futures long term. It's cool to think about a few Matchups here or there but long term would they be happy with WWE vs AEW. A question surely both of them are thinking about hard right now.

Pure speculation but I wonder if there's any hold up on a deal being done bc of Shelley's medical job. I know it's important to him, but I really don't think it's feasible he'd be able to do it properly in either AEW or WWE. He's picked it over wrestling before though

I'll be honest... MCMG vs. Axiom and Nathan Frazer is the match I wanna see first and that's NXT so I'm good with a brief NXT run.

Also they could prefer NXT as it's just going to Orlando every Tuesday instead of a full-time road schedule.
