This was on Encore a few nights ago. I'm hoping it wasn't like a special and it will actually air on Encore now. Pretty sweet from what I saw of it.

It airs on Starz and Encore. I think they are sister programs. Starz is the main home though. After a few days of the new one airing, it airs on Encore.

Encore stopped showing it. So I'm guessing a few weeks ago it was a special to promote Starz.

I just checked up until next week, and it's not showing on Encore at all. I don't know why they stopped it. Do you have On Demand? They have every episode on there in HD.

OH MAN! Now that was a finale! The slaves/gladiators upholded against the people and slaughtered EVERYBODY! Not everybody (cause I don't wanna spoil it) but mans got murked!

It's already been picked up for a second season but production is on hold right now till Spartacus (Andy Whitfield) gets treated for cancer.

What made it even more bad ass is that when they started, only to of the slaves had weapons. They toke the big downs without weapons. That set up for the rebellion was great. This has to be the best season finale I've seen for a show in a long time.

So I have downloaded a few episodes of this show online. I have to say I like what I have seen so far.
