That's entirely possible, and from a purely personal standpoint I despise The Miz, but I just have a feeling they're going to be pushing him up the card like a priest's hand up a choir boy's leg.

What Jimmy said. Triple H just CANT be a heel anymore. He said it himself. He wants to be a heel more than anything, but the fans just stick with him regardless. He'd really have to do some dastardly shit, and I don't think WWE is willing to play the cards it would take to turn Triple H heel anymore.

Raw's got a decent setup, tbh. Matt Hardy, in a good feud, will be solid in the Main Event scene. MVP could always turn heel again and they could raise him back to the ME scene. Miz, I think, could make a run if they book him wisely. Batista as a heel wouldn't be too bad of an option. He fits the style well, and he is original enough for a monster, or animal rather, to be fresh as a heel. Cena turning is still a possibility as well. A real feint one, but still a possibility nonetheless.

I think Raw has plenty of option tbh with you.

People wanted him to rip Jeff's head off :/. He wouldn't have lost the fans anyways. They'd have gone right along with whatever he'd have done to Jeff.

Batista says he wants to retire in a year, wouldn't they want him to go out as a face?

^He said he felt like he only had one more good year in him. If he stays healthy, he'll probably stay longer. And having a good year doesn't mean it's your last year altogether. He didn't say he was going to retire.

They should draft John Cena back to Smackdown and save Raw. John Cena is the reason Raw sucks. John Cena biggest fans are little kids and preteen boys and girls. and the select few from here.

He's not that great and if it wasn't for WWE going PG than he would still be getting booed.

I am sorry, but that makes no sense. Even with WWE changing, the fanbase that booed John Cena is still there, and John Cena is in the same position he has always been (heck, even lower now), so the reason for Cena not getting booed now is another one.

This also means we'll have another year or two at least until we get the one we've all been waiting for

Which would be...?

Cena!

....They'lll be going for a heel-turn of Hogan proportions when they finally decide to turn him.

Further thoughts...

TBhonest, I don't so much think Raw is desperate for heels on what should be the eve of a heel championship reign. It's more about freshening up HHH or Batista and as I've already said, I think Batista is the best option.

The need for heels kicks in when Cena or HHH finally get the strap back... Cue Matt Hardy, Big Show, (heel) Batista getting his first title shot since return and Cena/HHH3 (which is no longer dependent on heel/face dynamics)...

Cena's lack of booing is probably due to the fact that he's a much better wrestler than he used to be. Granted he's no Bret Hart but he can carry a fairly decent match now. Although it could also be that people who booed Cena before have got fed up of WWE cos he's the top guy and stopped watching.

BTW, just adding to the Cena point and the comment that "he's not that good"...there's a reason why we talk about matches like John Cena vs The Rock or Cena vs Austin. And no, it isn't because "WWE has stuck Cena down our throats to make us believe he is in their league", because they have done the same with guys like Batista and he isn't getting the same hype.

As for somebody turning heel, seeing how we are about to start a Randy Orton title reign, and seeing in his last reign he literally came short of faces to go through, the more faces this time the better

I think Cena's detractors have either stopped watching or grown to respect him to be honest, and you can see why: the man is a draw, works his arse off, puts over everyone (see his match with Swagger) and has improved immensely over the last few years. I still don't like him, but that's because I don't really buy into clean-cut faces and his mic work seems a little contrived at times, whereas for guys like Edge and Orton that charisma seems to come far more naturally. But to say he's the reason Raw sucks (which is a debatable statement in itself) is ridiculous.

I also think that saying Cena's fans are kids as a negative thing is harsh, given that's the demographic the WWE is aiming at. Admittedly I personally don't think he's good enough to carry a company, and if I were in charge of the WWE I'd be searching for someone better than him, but for the moment he's all the company has and their top drawing face, so he must be doing something right.

No way is John Cena the reason Raw sucks. I'm not exactly his number one fan, but he's one of the guys I look forward to seeing on Raw whether he's wrestling or just cutting a promo. What's wrong with Raw is the all the crappy 3 or 4 minute matches with boring, talentless nothings who no one cares about, the meaningless second-tier belt, the godawful token women's matches, the CONSTANT REPLAYS OF PREVIOUS EVENTS!!!! After all that, I love it when John Cena comes out because you know that whatever he does will most likely be moderately entertaining.

I actually think he has more charisma than Orton, and with Edge is an arguable point, but hey, you would also have a hard time going out there and saying the Blue shit they have him saying some times.

I think that's part of my problem with his character though. I don't know whether he makes up his own lines or is given some to read, or whether it's a combination of the two, but on more than one occasion it's seemed as if he doesn't have any belief in what he's saying. Also his comic timing is generally pretty bad and in my oppinion needs to tone down on the jokes, although admittedly that could be more an issue of personal taste.
