I'd absolutely hate it if anyone who ended up facing Brock won the match via a freakin' roll up or small package. It's just cheap and cheesy.

Agree on the other thing, though. Just let the guy beat him normally and that's it.

I don't see why it is cheap and cheesy. Wasn't DB's nickname Mr. Small Package? It is a good way to tell a story. Wrestling is about getting a 3 count on your opponent, if you get it with a roll up or small package good on you. It is the only way to sell DB's resiliency of getting his ass kicked and letting him get a win without completely throwing rational thought out the window. I realize this is pro wrestling, but you need some semblance of the match to be based in reality to allow the audience to suspend disbelief, even if for only a little while. Nobody can suspend disbelief with DB beating up Brock Lesnar. THAT is cheesy. Not a cool story where DB gets the shit beat out of him, Brock gets cocky, DB shows his toughness and finds a way to win within the realm of possibility. That is a true underdog, not an underdog who hulks up and decides "hey, why don't I just kick in this 300 pound freaks head in? Should have thought of this sooner!".

I'm fine with the roll up finish. It has been done on high-profile matches in the past, for better or worst.

But wouldn't it kind of ruin any chance of Rollins cashing-in? I mean, usually the person who wins via rollup stays on the ouside of the ring chickening out, while the loser is angry and relativily healthy. I also can't imagine brock standing by as some douchebag with a briefcase tries to get his rightful title the easy way. Maybe i'm just lacking creativity and they would actually find a beliavable way to do it all though

A cheap roll up is probably the only way the victory over Lesnar by DB would make relatively any sense.. other than if it was a No DQ match and Sting came in and took a bat to Brock but I mean the likelihood of that actually happening would be really slim.

Rollins could come out to try and cash in, but Brock beats the shit out of him. That sounds cool to me lol, because it shows Brock just doesn't give a fuck.

How about Heyman sort of causes Brock to get schoolboyed and Brock chases Heyman away after the loss, leaving DB in the ring. Now, I picture DB being able to barely stand, even in victory. Brock will have beaten the shit out of him for the duration of the match mostly. But you could also have DB be in decent shape and have Seth come out, cut a promo essentially saying he is cashing in to become a legend by stealing the spotlight at wrestlemania.. then let Seth and DB put on a 5-10 minute match that is essentially a bunch of near falls for Seth before he finally gets DB to stay down with a curb stomp.

Your logic is sound, but I was speaking from a personal preference there. I usually never think of how 'believable' something would be. 'cause it's pro-wrestling after all.
If this was real, then Brock could easily murder a large amount of guys in the locker room.

Is my fantasy-booking gonna come true? No idea, but would be nice. The fans would eat it up, I think.

Now, if they decide to roll with Bryan as the RR winner and with him defeating The Beast at Mania via small package or roll-up, then there are more chances of Rollins cashing in. Bork would go ballistic after a 'fluke' loss and beat D-Bry up... But the question is, would he let Rollins cash in? He could beat him up, too.

If this scenario comes to play, where it's just a regular match, then D-Bry winning via small package/roll-up is plausible, but if it was a No DQ match, then him beating Brock with his finisher is also plausible and 'believable', at least in my book. It's all about overcoming the odds for Bryan, after all.

The roll up feeds into the storyline of Bryan being a B+ player as well. HHH can say he got lucky, still isn't top caliber and that leads into a Rollins/DB feud seamlessly.

The thing is... I'm fine with Reigns winning, too... As long as Rollins cashes in on him that same night or the night post-WM, but I still prefer at WM 31 'cause it's never been done before. This'd prolly lead to the former Shield feud, which would be cool.

You know what, a Triple Threat could happen, man. We all know EC PPV is getting dropped, so they may as well throw in another #1 contendership match at the Fast Lane PPV.

Heck, even a Fatal 4-Way. Lesnar vs Cena vs Bryan vs Reigns would tickle my fancy.

I don't think the two are very comparable. When Edge came back after his injuries to the top it was always great and you knew he wasn't going anywhere until his body broke down. Same with DB. Batista was only there for a short run, known from the jump

I figured someone was going to mention Edge or Cena, but there is still a difference. Which is basically that the two top titles weren't merged yet. It's basically a guarantee now if you win the title, you're main eventing unless your name is The Rock. Back then, it wasn't a huge deal because if one guy won the Rumble, it was still possible to get another feud on Mania.

It would have to be a no DQ match or something, Bryan could only beat Lesnar using a ton of weapons. Even still, it's barely believable and I wouldn't wanna see it. Not a fan of DB at all.
