I'm thinking they could wait all the way till Wrestlemania next year before they put the belt on him. Wrestlemania XXX should try to do something that's groundbreaking, and what's never been done before is someone cashing in their MITB briefcase at a Wrestlemania. Since the inaugural MITB match in 2005, there's been thirteen different cash ins (Edge twice, RVD, CM Punk twice, Jack Swagger, The Miz, Kane, Alberto Del Rio, Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Randy Orton) and not a single one of them have even attempted to do so at Wrestlemania. Sandow could. He could claim he was the first one smart enough to know when to capitalize on the chance to create a Wrestlemania moment like this one by making yourself the world champion on the grandest stage of them all. It's also a good way to start off the post-Wrestlemania period, with a first time world champion.
