Not many. We've had a few minor changes, but nothing substantial. Any big changes would be announced, so feel free to check the Announcement section. It probably does look weird to you because you left before the cash system (I think), the new section layout, tagging system, and maybe a few others. Were you here for notifications? I can't remember how long it's been.
