Ummmmm, let me get this straight....I'm on a forum where people literally talk about fucking each other, blowing each other, and say things (offensive things) like "Jesus Christ" as a swear word...and, the concern is about how i use the word "gay?" Double standards are fun.

I don't think that it's wrong of me, jokingly, to use the word gay like I do. When i grew up as a kid, we use to jokingly say "quit being gay," meaning, "quit being silly/dumb." It wasn't mean to be offensive, it's just something we said. And, to be honest, even if it does seem offensive to some people, does this mean you'll now call out any form of "offensive" behavior on these forums? Not just the politically correct "offenses?"

I'm all for not saying this, sure. But, I literally hate double standards. And if I'm going to continue posting in these forums, which I love to do, I can't have that.
You make a valid point...say whatever you like no matter who it might offend...
And I'll just click on the ignore option...its a win/win that way.

True. I mean if me saying "gay" in the way I say it honestly offends you that much, simply block me. I'd prefer you didn't, but would not prefer the double standard.
