I just had that feeling that Bryan wouldn't win, and like I mentioned in the discussion thread. This IS WWE, they're ALWAYS doing shit like this. There's hardly anything they can do that would make me ragequit at this point. Then again, I'm not really invested in Wrestling atm, so that's probably another reason why I just dgaf.

I put my money on DB but for some reason I had a hard time seeing him winning, while analyzing each guy particularly he was the most likely to win imo but this doesn't really surprise me.

Well, I've figured that there's no reason to be mad about the final result. I mean, Orton winning doesn't bother me per se, I was just a little disappointed with DB losing (not that I didn't expect it somewhat but still) and mostly with him probably being involved in an angle with Axel over the IC title. But since Axel went out there to allow Heyman to screw Punk I think (even though Heyman screamed at him, he's a liar after all) DB may just kill Axel on Raw for costing him but then jumping to a bigger feud right after it. I could see it involving the WWE title, since him and Orton had some friction, maybe DB gets a shot at Summerslam, takes Cena to the limit and John barely retains when Orton cashes in and wins the belt in DB's face. Then they feud for it.

This is my view as well. It's not so much Bryan losing that bothers me (I love the unpredictability of the favorite in the match losing, if nothing else), it's just that I was getting pumped for Cena/Bryan. Then again, I don't see them taking the IC Title off of Axel and throwing it on Bryan (and I don't see Bryan losing a feud with Axel if he gets into one with him) so he might just destroy him for costing him the match and nothing else. And you said, Axel's interference was nothing against Bryan, but more a case of 'helping' Punk. Hell, maybe the way Bryan even qualifies for a title shot against Cena is (as I mentioned earlier in this thread) by challenging Orton to put the briefcase on the line in the main event of a Raw since Bryan feels he would have won the match and not Orton if not for Axel. Bryan wins, and this only further builds to a possible Orton heel turn on Bryan in the future. I seriously doubt the last part about Bryan winning the case but it's possible.
