My thing is, after watching Raw... He never said he wasn't in it, only that Bray wasn't in it. So that leaves it open.

I still think Bryan could make a surprise entrance (possibly even #30) and win. It really makes no sense from Bryan's POV to so badly want another shot at the world title (especially on the grand stage of Wrestlemania) and yet throw that opportunity away for a match with Bray Wyatt that could always happen later. And it seems like this year is gonna be one of those years where people who participant in a match in the undercard won't be allowed to participant in the Rumble itself. Then again, that could be the surprise factor of it all. As said above, Bryan never technically said he wasn't entering the match, just that Bray wasn't.
