Also, they use writers a lot more than they used to. I'm sure Rocky has some freedom, but he still has to work with WWE creative.

Rock needs that edge that he used too. Even when he was talking about the peoples champ stuff, he didn't kiss their ass that much. Now its one big Cena style ass kiss. He used to slaughter guys on the Mic, heel style, even when he was face. Now he's just a regular ass kissing face.
