Smiley's under Quick Reply?

We should add a seperate box under the Quick Reply box, (same width) for smiley's.. We should have two rows of the most used smileys on the forum. 5 per row. Then under that row, align a hyper link that says "Get more smileys", or something similar..

This would benefit users quite a bit if they can't memorize the codes. Like me.. I only know 6 or 7.. Haha.
