The main setup is Grovetown that I listed. I would recommend going there to craft weapons as we have the rune forge as well and adding them to your weapons are very powerful. My favorite combination for weapons is sapphire and gold bc it gives you 4 rune slots

Also just for the record, if anyone would like to claim something as theirs and not open for taking then we can note that lol bc as far as my stuff goes, if it's in storage then fair game. Just don't take all my food so I remember what I have to replace

Any of the weapons in my closets in Grovetown are fair game. If there's anything I end up wanting for myself, I'll make a chest for it and put by my bed or something. But yeah like swords, guns, and even the mining stuff like axe, pickaxe, or fishing rods, etc. Get what you need. I'll replace it with whatever I find in the world.

Also just a quick weapon guide, there's basically 4 types. One handed melee, two handed melee, one handed ranged and two handed ranged.

I prefer the one handed so I can use my shield so I usually go with a sword and crossbow. You can also get a lightsaber from the Star wars area which are very good melee weapons, the only downsides are no runes can be added and if you accidentally hit something besides an enemy with it, it evaporates the resources where a sword for example would just give you the resources of what you destroy.

Two handed weapons are very powerful if you don't care for the shield though, I would recommend the musket for ranged and the dual daggers for melee, but the war hammer seems nice too, I just haven't used it much

When you craft, I would exclusively use a gem (Ruby, sapphire, amber, emerald) for the base and then a metal (gold, iron, etc) for the hilt. like I said, I prefer sapphire and gold for the extra runes but sapphire has lower base stats compared to the other gems so it's a trade off.

Also for some reason for guns, fishing poles and shovels, it doesn't matter which gem you use, the stats are the same and it's green regardless. So for those, please just use whatever we have the most of lol

Extra or found weapons can be stored for later or thrown in the recycler to get resources back, I try to recycle my weapons before they die

As someone who used the Warhammer for a good bit, they are very nice. You can easily take out a few enemies at once with it. So I can definitely recommend it if you don't want of care about a shield.
