What is sad is I would be more likely to watch Raw if it was 2 hours. Having two 3 hour shows every week is too much, especially when you have two others shows plus PPVs once a month. It is getting to a point where it would not surprise me if they started another weekly show to go with Raw and SmackDown.

One problem with Smackdown is that it is a two hour show with like a 5 match card. All the wrestling is rushed and ruined by ad breaks. Wrestling isn't always a priority on a two hour show. Then again this recent raw didn't have a match go over 10 minutes I don't think.
