-- WWE has announced the nominees for next week's Slammy Awards. They have revealed the nominees for three categories: Superstar of the Year, Diva of the Year, and Match of the Year. Here are the nominees:

WWE Superstar of the Year Nominees
John Cena, Edge, Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Chris Jericho, Batista

WWE Diva of the Year Nominees
Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Michelle McCool, Kelly Kelly

Match of the Year Nominees
2008 Royal Rumble Match, Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 24, Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania 24, Undertaker vs. Edge Hell in a Cell Match at SummerSlam

Well we know know the other categories/nominees. There should have been more imo. Lol at Kelly being naminated, and Beth will def win that award. As for MOTY, I think that HIAC may win it.

Chris Jericho, or Randy Orton. I can't believe Orton didn't make the countdown. He had an awesome year.

^I agree. How the fuck is a guy who has missed half a year on the list? Ad a guy who literally carried Raw is not?
I know it's kayfabe, but wwe should show some fucking respect. Orton is a huge reason Raw was as good as it was lately.

Jericho should win. Although Cena or Batista will get the nod to keep the kiddies happy. With Jeff second to whoever it is.

MOTY will be Flair vs Michaels.

Orton not being nominated for Wrestler of the year is lame. He carried Raw while Cena was gone.
