I saw this on opening day in IMAX and it is the best new movie I’ve seen this year so far. I know there’s a lot of hype surrounding it and it definitely worthy of that hype because it is that good. The acting is top notch, the story is great and the music is great too. If you haven’t watched the trailer I would suggest not watching it and going in blind because the trailer does spoil things.

Highly recommend it.

Took me a while but I finally caught this film yesterday. And yeah… this one fucking does it. This movie is really just so good. Ryan Coogler is amazing. The guy cannot miss and this may be his best film yet.

Only heard great things about it... the trailer looks amazing... just how heavy is it on the horror though. Like, is it more the usual (present day) genre fare with more jump scares and musical stings, or did they pass on those?
